I was looking for someone willing to Duo with me while in my provisionals.

Gman, wait another 2 weeks like me, than start playing, why? cause people are now raging and pushing these ranked provisionals games.
And that's NOT wat we all want, and another thing is, that most of the platinum players are now maybe in the same low league as you are so you will be playing vs a very high skilled players now, or have the luck and they will be on your side. Within 2 weeks these players will be back at there original lvel (plat,diamond,...)
It's your choice, but think about it!

On a side note, I saw that Redrum got placed back into bronze from silver.  lol
