The first time I was unbanned I played all day then I heard he went onto the server. And now I am banned again. Got a couple of questions
1. why does he sit at home clicking on 1up servers waiting until his range ban is lifted?(what does he check everyday?)
2.Why is he such an asshat?

I am in the process of creating a standard form that 1up will use to file formal complaints against people who circumvent legitimate bans, return to 1up and proceed to stalk, threaten or harass others.

In the meantime, yesterday a formal, written complaint was filed with Shans' ISP ("Optus Internet"). 1up will continue to follow up on the complaint and will press for resolution from the ISP. Detailed excerpts and proofs were submitted to the ISP.

I don't get it, he came in under the name 'SHANS'.  Claiming at first to be Inka.  I shot him in the ear (TK) and said, 'use your real name then'.  He then just said 'would Inka be this good?'
Then rondon temp-banned him.  My question is, why, if he already successfully got around your bans/bowser etc, would he come in using that name?  Why not just go ahead and change his entire person?.  But then, why try to impersonate Inka after he's made the decision to use SHANS as his name?  Its all very confusing and Bourbon said she would tell me the 'shans story' some day 'when I am older'.

Well, we had a Range Ban on his dynamic IP, but due to people appealing whose IPs were in that range, we had to remove it. Now we've been asked to GUIDban on sight and report.
