Nope, that is not a reference to Urban Terror, it is a reference to the rivalry felt between those who played Quake3 and those who played Unreal Tournament back in 1999-2000.

If you want some insight into what I mean, here is an old video (viewer discretion advised), although it is about 13 years old, Joe Rogan enlightens us about UT in his q/a session.

This is why people use Urt for urban terror.      I played UT but just LAN party's... I always found it boring as hell online.
