Level 4 Paralegal (the highest you can go in that field). I sit at home and write briefs, appeals, etc. for attorneys and private litigants. My hourly rate is $50 and that is pretty reasonable in my field but most senior paralegals make about $37.50 per hour. Since I am in private practice I set my own rates. Emergency service is $75 per hour (like if you need an appeal done in one day which takes me about 8 to 12 hours to write).

We can replace the icons and remove ALL credit from this person.
The generator was not used for commercial purposes or financial gain.
No license attached to any work, so a share-alike was presumed with credit given.
As it is, the user can't claim an copy protection because he/she took the Tripewire made icons and edited them.
They are not his/her work product and since no license attached we were free to use them in a reasonable manner without financial gain and for non-commercial purposes.

Now, even if he/she sues (after learning English), it would have to be in the US, and even then there is no cause of action (nothing to sue upon) and the person has no damages and could not even make a case for damages.

Anyone who bought the game has the right to display the icons for noncommercial purposes. Just because somebody edits the icons it does not mean that they can restrict people who purchased the game from displaying the icons. And a person who edits the icons also can't lawfully assert a valid copyright because the work they created (produced) is derivative of an already copyrighted item.
To cover our own back we gave credit for the altered icons.
