[BETA] Enhance the Blog Page

I want to make the blogs page better. Currently if you click on the "Blogs" link you see a page with a bunch of topics. I think that page should really be called the "blogtopics" page, and you should instead see something like below when you click on the "Blogs" link.
(Note: I just pasted various copies of user blog pics to show an idea of what the page could look like).

So, when at the page you would click on the blog you want to visit to navigate to it.
