should I buy it?

So I made some money, 30 usd, last weekend and I was considering buying go.  However, I am sort of cautious since both 1.6 and source were ATROCIOUS games in my opinion.  My real problem were the servers.  All the deathmatch servers in source played dust2 24/7.  The servers that didnt were all empty. 

Are things the same in go (with deathmatch servers)? 
Do you think deathmatch in go is fun, cuz in source is was kinda stupid (you respawned in random positions).

this is what I see right off the bat in gametracker. 


  This really makes me not wanna buy it.

I play competitive. 5v5 on maps I choose to play. So I don't really do the Deathmatch... Ever.
