That is the release that will be pushed by Steam instead of manual installs and such.
I have been waiting for that. Plus they got a lot of new animations and stuff on the way. I will see them at QuakeCon again this year and if it is not already released, then they might let us look at the beta.

that would be cool. i am hoping by then i will be able to afford to go to quakecon. we will see. it all depends on work and money in the end. unfortunatly my soon to be ex wife helped get me into loads of debt that i am slowly paying off.
