You did not mention your cpu cooler. I recently purchased a
CRYORIG H7 Tower Cooler For AMD/Intel CPU which is has a noise Level of 20-25 dBA. There are many that are quieter, or keep your cpu cooler, but the fact that it does not interfere with any ram you have installed even with ram coolers is what made my decision for the mentioned cpu cooler.
My original stock cpu cooler worked great, however, after about four months, it started to sound like an airplane taxiing down a runway. It was loud enough that I needed to turn up my headphones while gaming. Not to say you need to purchase the latest popular cpu cooler, just do your own comparisons, and hopefully you will have a rig that will perform the way you need to suit your needs.
