Why can't you guys use the inbox system? This doesn't really have anything to do with....anything.

the topic has been posted on general discussion, in this section people can say whatever they want widout breaking 1ups rules...so if u have some prob just dont read it. 

Whats the point in having a private messaging system if you refuse to use it?

dont u think he could call me or talk to me on skype or msn or xfire or somewhere else? so if he wanted to use the PM he would have done so. why this thing bothers you so much?

I think what chuck is trying to get across is that he wants everyone to know and he wants to prove to Stella that he really wants her back through humiliation of this post or i could just be totally off.

+1.  He's apologizing to her, and saying "I don't care who see this".  He's past the point of caring what anyone else thinks of what he has to say.

Its like him running out in the open and yeling I LOVE STELLA SHINIGAMI.

hey guys ... i know this topic wasn't the usual topic you get, I am sorry to the people who didn't like this topic....In other hand I dont care if you did like it or not, I had a reason to do it , she was very upset and angry with me, and 1up means a lot to her, so I didnt care about anything and I did what I had to do ... you can say or think whatever you want about me, it has worked for me...she is smiling...and thats all I care about... some of you understood why I did this ...thanks a lot guys  ... see you all at the game  ...

I'm with Sandra on this one. Yeah, it's the General Discussion board and yeah, no rules have been broken. But the point of a "forum" is to start conversations that are intended for multiple participants (just realized that I'm contradicting myself by even writing this... but oh well).

The point being, that this topic is really in the same category as "hey, I got this weird rash after the last time we hooked up" or "anyone know where I can get a good deal on catheters?" - it's just stuff that's meant for a more private conversation. Though, I suppose this could be one of those generation gap things that my folks always talked about when I was younger. Maybe I've finally crossed that line...
