Nothing bad... just some comments on the header mostly.
The color scheme (green, amber, silver) works. Very simple and recognizable for the clan "look and feel". There's a kind of linux mint thing going on now which carries over to what you have going on with the home page.
On the banner:
The 1up should drop down a bit... roughly so the curve on the bottom of the "p" is resting on the sign. There should be less kerning between the "1" and the "u". A bit of a positive kern between the letters of "clan" would make them more readable.
The berettas over the 1up shroom seem... out of place. Might consider "bookending" the entire thing. i.e. put them slightly larger (or larger guns like the LR300) and put one to the left of "1up" and one to the right of the shroom.
Lighting is one of those things that makes or breaks a composite image. The lighting is pretty well matched in this pic. I might consider hand painting some of the yellow glow from the street lights onto the shroom and the final position of the guns to "put them in the scene". Maybe consider even adding some glow light to the letters to see if it works.
There is also some dead space off on the right which isn't balanced. That could be a good spot for links or logos or something... or trimming.
Take all these with a grain of salt. I relaly do think the image is nice, clean, and looks good. I'm just OCD about graphics.
