Client UI 1up doesn't work for me

So I downloaded the client zzzzzpak_ui   and put it in the q3ut4 folder, I start urban terror and nothing changed :p
help here? I just have to put the zzzzzzpak_ui folder in q3ut4 right? Wat is tha problemo here?? xD xD

try a fresh install of urt

try running it without shortcuts

try running it without going into game through xfire

try running it with the 4.1.1 pk3s
