Admin Power Abuse.

Recently I have noticed a few admins in-particular that have been misusing there powers in Zombie Bomb, or at least it seems that way.  I was recently kicked/banned for saying ">.< n0ob spammed", is that a legitimate reason to get kicked/banned?  I have also seen someone get kicked for saying "argh spam!".  I realize that it may be against the rules to disrespect other players, but getting banned for saying that someone spammed you seems a bit overkill.  Please correct me if I am wrong, but I'm pretty sure that a warning would do, instead of giving someone 7 warnings for doing one thing.  I'm not going to say the name of the admin(s), but I just need to know if that is as ridiculous as it seems...

Okay, so let me get this straight, saying that you were n0ob spammed is calling somebody an offensive name?  No.  Calling somebody a n0ob spammer is.  Saying that you were n0ob spammed is calling spamming n0oby.  Giving somebody 7 warnings for simply saying what just happened is ridiculous, and I'm sure that I'm not the only one that feels that way.  And please look up the term "harassment" before using it.  I find it quite funny that the second person to reply was the admin I was talking about.  Very ironic.

players like you insult and harass other players by calling them very offensive names. however you might not see anything wrong with it because you are talking part of this ignorant act.. there are enough trolls in Zombie bomb. specially foreign players who do not speak English and therefore continue to insult and troll the servers without any repercussion. Please stop insulting players  your'e only adding to the cause and making it seem it's ok to insult players because of their gaming style/techniques.

You were warned 7 times because you constantly seek a way to undermine the rules of 1up servers and constantly disrespect players and ruining the game experience of the rest of the community.

Respect. Do not be disrespectful to any 1up Clan Admins or Members. If you are disrespectful to an Admin or a Member (even if you are a Member), you may be slapped, muted, kicked, banned or subjected to other punishments.

you were warned before for your actions and since you continue to do it you only make it more complicated.
Also rule #8:

Have fun. Just play the game, and do not make things complicated for everyone.

By insulting other players and crying and whining after you die you disrupt game play and infest the server with manners that condones those of trolls.

Just going to say this, Jrman isn't a ref therefore doesnt have the power to kick you anyway.

I personally don't like people calling other people noobs, but I dont kick them, I usually just mute them from a round if they are spamming it.

I'm confused...did you get warned and then proceed against the admin/ref? Or did you get warned, heed the warning, and then get kicked? If you don't listen to the warnings given by ppl chosen to hold power in servers, then lay in the bed you made. But if you were warned and stopped and then got kicked, I'd contest for abuse.  Anyway, server log will tell all.

You received at least 8 warnings on 6/24/2012 for language related issues. One of the warnings gave this reason: "dont call players no0b rspect all players" and others went along the same lines. You must be going out of your way to try and use those terms. How about you just play the game and cut out the insults? Let your score be your proof. Often it is the players who are really good who other players can look to for guidance in how to get better, rather than insults and trash talk.

Ron, Ron, Ron... Read the logs CAREFULLY please. He warmed me once for saying "n0ob spammed", and then look what I said... NOTHING... after he warned me for that he just kept warning me for it.  I said "please stop..." then warned again and again...  At everyone who said he doesn't have the power to kick: when you are warned 7 times, B3 kicks you automatically.  I was never trolling, nor was I encouraging any "foreigns", if anyone was trolling, it was him, while you may not think so, warning somebody 7 time for one event is indeed trolling.  I would like to request the chat logs if that isn't too much of an issue.  And I understand that Admins have "No Mercy", lol , but I have been warned multiple times in the past few weeks for asking why I was warned.  If you look at the chat logs, you should be able to see that after I said "stop" he said "SHUTUP".  And I asked him why he can disrespect us, while we cannot disrespect him.  Correct me if I am wrong, but saying SHUTUP to someone is quite more disrespectful than saying that you were "n0ob spammed".  After I was warned the first time, I did not say the word "n0ob" or anything else disrespectful to my knowledge.

I warned you seven times because you always do this. always if your trying to be clever in wording your insults "oh im not calling the player nooby im saying spam is" broski you sound like a 10 year old how about you stop this non sense and play the game like Ron said.
i applaud your actions in trying to be very "intelligent" but you dont tell an Admin to check in that manner ^ what is wrong with you? You respect all players specially a clan founder idk but i didnt like the way you just told him what to do^ it sounded very rude.
And if you want to bring chat logs i suggest you bring previous date logs where you clearly state you were trolling and kept this ridiculous act up.

If you have been warned in the past for the same reason from a [1up] member then why did/do you still continue to do so?

There was an event where chronos melo and i where on the server and we warned you for the same reason. you were kicked for the same STUPID reason you always do then reconnected stating your back and ready to troll us. you got warned yesterday and got kicked youll probably get warned againif you dont stop. Youre not clever youre not wise. Stop using insults and offensive terms. Have some respect for all players and learn to follow the warnings people give you instead of rewording your insults.
Do not approach me as a friend in game either. im tired of players like you and others ruining 1up servers. Its hard enough with foreign players so get it through your thick head that you must learn how to respect players in game or their will be consenquences. -.- dude RESPECT

There is only one way to solve this.  If we get the chat logs.  Jrman has had a grudge on me for ridiculous reasons.  I have seen multiple people spam "noub noub noub", and nothing happens to them.  If 1up wants to kick/warn people 7 times for saying "n0ob", then okay.  The main reason I have started this conversation is because it has been a constant problem.  The whole "harassment" arguememt isn't valid.  Saying that you were n0ob spammed is not harassing anyone, and last time I checked, saying "stop please" isn't disrespecting someone.  I respect the 1up clan and it's founder(s), I simply do not see a reason to respect people who misuse there powers, AKA Jrman... I am not the only one who thinks that this is ridiculous, being that I have talked in-game with several 1up members who have said that it is unfair.  If you don't want me saying n0ob, the please warn me ONCE.  Jrman's grudge against me/"trolls" is completely self-driven.  Read the Topic of the post, and stick to that :/.  This has gone way to far, and no matter what the chat log shows or doesn't show, this "abuse" will continue.  This message was not written in disrespect or anger, it was written in disbelief.  Being that it is nearly me vs. the clan, I have little chance of my voice being heard, and will be thought of as a troll, which is not at all what I am.  I am a person who likes to play Urban Terror, and likes to talk as well.  It seems as whenever I say something, I get warned.  That is fine with me, as long as that goes for everyone else.  I feel that I have been solo'd out by a 1up admin, and felt that it was abuse.  May we stop this immaturity?  I hope so. (I'm sure that I will have plenty of "smart" replies).  It feels as if I am being disrespected now.  Calling some "thick-skilled" is very immature, as is calling somebody a n0ob, I guess.  I said that I was "n0ob spammed" out of spite.  And most of the people that are called n0obs by me are people that I know, and we both laugh afterwards.  Even though it may have came out dustespectful, no disrespect was intended.  You will not have to worry about me approaching you as a friend in-game, being that I will not/cannot stand to be on the same server as an abuser.  By the way, I am not thick-skulled, nor does my age have anything to do with this... Instead if addressing past issues, address present ones. Once again, I do not mean any disrespect towards any of the 1up clan.
