I did ask her about it but...well..its kinda a long story..basicaly the boyfriend asked me to pick him up from some gheto place after he had sex with some chick one time. so eventualy i had to tell her and now she says im lying(ik stupid me for not getting evidence) but then i found evidence and showed her and she said screw u i like him basicaly. so yeah not the best time for me. but enough whining what i was saying is thats the reason i was talking to him is because i dident want to talk to her. and he said they had had sex and then when i said they had he said he was going to call the police.

Also if i fought him could i get in trouble if he was the one asking me to fight him?

I would just drop the whole thing. A woman is no reason to get into trouble. Especially one as dumb as that. Forget about drama just go about with your business and cut your losses.

Level 4 Paralegal (the highest you can go in that field). I sit at home and write briefs, appeals, etc. for attorneys and private litigants. My hourly rate is $50 and that is pretty reasonable in my field but most senior paralegals make about $37.50 per hour. Since I am in private practice I set my own rates. Emergency service is $75 per hour (like if you need an appeal done in one day which takes me about 8 to 12 hours to write).

Cell, fighting over this is unwise.  However, if he hits you first, you should be golden.  Self defense.  You have to act like you don't want to fight, though.  A whiteness to him starting a fight with you would be a very good idea.

Don't fight this guy because she isn't worth it.  But if he ends up starting something with you, feel free to end it.

Idk about where you are but in Texas there are some rules to fighting that can legally save your butt. First off I would highly recommend you not act like a child and go school yard fight this kid. But if you do end up fighting then the best way to ensure you are blameless.
1. Don't throw the first punch
2. Don't throw punches at all. (A close fisted punch is more likely to hurt your hand than his body anyway) ((But an open palm strike is has different implications legally than to come at some one bare fisted like you are trying to knock them out)) It is all about looking like you were just trying to defend and avoid conflict
3. No head shots. People only go for the head if they want to inflict serious damage. So if you avoid the head it is clear you intended no serious harm.

All that aside, you can still do a lot of damage without fists and head strikes if you have any idea what you are doing. But again, the best advice is just don't fight this moron.

Ok sounds like good advice guys. Thanks for the help. ill tell him to keep off my property and if he comes ill just call the police or somthing. although i hate to tattle i dont wanna get in anything illegal.

If you slip and fall on his property then his insurance company has to pay for your hospitalization. This type of claim will raise the insurance premium that his parents pay each month.

this depends on several things. Who starts the fight. and that does not mean who threw the first punch all the time either. Since your looking for a fight....i would say you.

Next....while fighting if at any time he goes down to the ground an you hit him, thats assault, not self defense.

Assault charges vary per state....so google them for your area....but this would also be considered pre-meditated as well....
