my brother has been messing around with people on the 1up bomb server.
he's making them say his name, which has .com in it.
when people say that, they will instantly get banned for 1 day.

might there be a way to stop people like him doing that?

Go talk to your brother and ask him to stop. If he ends up getting banned, then so will you, that is if you should the same ip address.

It doesn't matter if he does it on your account or not, if he has the same ip as you, which is likely, than if he gets banned it is just his ip which means you can't get on either.
