I goto trial tomorow possibly jail this is to all my friends over the years redrum cutty melo j squared sassoon sesko enjoy perd and flex of course ron i have one request if i goto jail keep this **** going till i get out lol wish me luck if i dont goto jail ill be re-applying and every1 i forgot its been a long time lol

Well **** im on probation for a year but they just wont lock me up lol but seriously they tried to give me 150 days but my lawyer got me differed probation that means time to re-apply.......... I apreciate all the support

Now you need to look at the statue that governs probation so you can find out how long you have to wait to apply for early termination of probation. You do the motion, have plenty of supporting letters, and you have the proposed order ready for the judge to sign. If you have 6 months then file the motion after you get almost to the 1/2-way point (2 months and 3 weeks). I can do the motion for your attorney if you want. It will take me about 1.5 hours time.
