try downloading urban terror again full zip and it should work

After updating, your updater should read;

Version: 4.2.017

Try redownloading it, and see what happens. Run the updater, and doing the same thing that you have been doing.

Actually if he Downloads the full zip, he would not have to update. My urban terror updated does bit work either and that's what I do every time a new update comes out
