Since pre-registration for this year's Quakecon opened yesterday, I was wondering how many of us are planning on going?

To play with other people. The whole idea is to host a game convention is to present new upcoming games (i.e. No More Room in Hell) or to play with your friends, yadda yadda.

you play IRL with friends, watch game demos, and all sorts of things....its like saying "i can read comics at home, why go to comicon?" in the end
