Mostly 90's skate punk stuff for me. That's the stuff that I got into in high school, and while my musical taste has expanded since then, it still makes up the majority of my personal collection. This "collection", by the way, is mainly in the form of CDs and 7inch Records (what are those!?). Top ten bands:

1 - NOFX
2 - Lagwagon
3 - No Use For a Name
4 - Pennywise
5 - The Vandals
6 - Guttermouth
7 - Strung Out
8 - Rancid (and Operation Ivy of course)
9 - Hi Standard
10 - Propagandhi

 - Pickins

well all of yall have named some bawlin bands but where is the 80's and 70's stuff? I mayb be young but here is a short list of my fav's:

The beatles
Men At Work
Kiss
Aerosmith
Stryper
B.B. king
rolin stones
the monkeys
john lennon
ledzeplin

why I love the clasics is because all of todays musicians (myself included) are forever influenced by those  before us. we play stuff like we hear and make it our own so without knowing ur clasics where are we but listening to a newer but not watered down version of the oldies. now I am not saying new stuff is bad because all the bands above are pretty good but think to yourself, what did those guys listen to, and try listening to that stuff too. :) peace (-<)
