well all of yall have named some bawlin bands but where is the 80's and 70's stuff? I mayb be young but here is a short list of my fav's:

The beatles
Men At Work
Kiss
Aerosmith
Stryper
B.B. king
rolin stones
the monkeys
john lennon
ledzeplin

why I love the clasics is because all of todays musicians (myself included) are forever influenced by those  before us. we play stuff like we hear and make it our own so without knowing ur clasics where are we but listening to a newer but not watered down version of the oldies. now I am not saying new stuff is bad because all the bands above are pretty good but think to yourself, what did those guys listen to, and try listening to that stuff too. :) peace (-<)

So I frequent your servers and forums, but I don't really know any of you.
I think you can tell alot about a person by what genre of music they listen to, so I was just curios what your taste is poison would be?

I mostly listen to METAL!  >:D

What are some of your favorite bands/artits?

I will make a list of some of mine when I get home and have some time.
obviously breaking benjamin

THANK YOU, that list = almost perfect for got aesop :P

underground hip-hop and classic rock(e.g. zepplin, floyd, supertramp, y'know?) are the two main genres i listen too, music is one of those subjects like politics or religion, everyone's really opinionated.
