Radio spamming is against the rules, yet allowed by server cfg?

Hi all,

i frequent the christmas sniper server and the rules are that no radio spamming is allowed, yet people can do it all the time.  In fact, it's done a lot, with little recourse.   Could someone change the config to disallow such bad and annoying behavior?

1) Report people who do it and we will take away their radio.

2) In a few weeks we will probably have a server bot that polices radio users.

Strange enough the floodprotect was set at 0 but I always keep it at 1, so I corrected that.
Maybe I will take a few minutes to go through the log and take away some radio from some people, or
perhaps it is best to look at the radio spam as my fault because the config had changed --and when configs
change it is my doing.
