Giving locations on vent.

ppl using the spectator to give away other ppls locations is bull, Its the equivalent of cheating Imo. I vote that the spectator ability of red to be able to spec blue and blue able to spec red be taken off. Any opinions on the matter?

Take into consideration how you would feel if you didnt have access to vent and it was an unfair fight between some1 who always knew where you were because they were in vent. Food for thought, I think its the equivalent of Wallhacking.

Yeah; giving locations on vent shouldn't be allowed ~ but wut about the campers that waste time?
And i agree with you on that red can't spec blue and vice versa. It does give an edge on catching Haxors though...

I dont mind if someone gives away my location, i usually ask not to know others locations when someone its trying to tell me (cough Brendan cough xD) but if ppl know my location its cool, means ill find my target sooner, for better or for worse

You realize if someone says your location like "they're right they're RIGHT!" all you have to do is look left to find your enemy.      Yeah, I don't much like hearing other ppl's locations, but it's whatever.

personally it does not bother me at all. in my opinion makes the game

It is annoying and even distracting at times. I don't think anything server-side should change, but I do think people should use discretion when giving away locations. If someone is camping, go ahead and save the rest of us some time, but it gets very annoying when its happening every round and personally I always get killed whenever I try to listen to the informant.

Leave the specing how it is.

well i think its something we all have to deal with  . I mean we get instructions as much in vent as in game. But it doesnt matter since im not in vent much anymore. I dont know how bad it gets in there haha.

I don't get on vent to often to play Pub TS because I can't hear myself think. I don't know who is saying what but it does not bother me if my locations given away. Please Please Please don't take away the ability to spec anyone. I loooove that feature. Like they said great for catching hackers.. And it gives us freedom to watch who we want. I like to watch the better players when im dead.

As for campers.. I say you broadcast their location over all chat so they know their given away. That makes it a bit more fair to both parties. (If you grow impatient.)

If i played often at all, and yea i do give away locations when ppl are camping but how long has it been since youve been on a server with me to know
