NON-APPEALABLE OFFENSES
Mandatory Minimum Punishment Terms

Purpose. To provide uniformed, standard punishment terms for common offenses. To clarify certain appellate terms inclusive of the Asshattery appeals policy.

Establishment. There shall be established a minimum punishment for certain common offenses.

Classes. The classes of offenses subject to minimum punishments are:

                                 Healing the Opposing Team;[1]
                                 Protecting the Opposing Team;[2]
                                 Repeated Self-Killing (Suicides);[3]
Repeated Interference with Team Member Bomb Diffusing.[4]

Minimum Punishments. There shall be an automatic 30-day punishment (ban) imposed for players who are found to engage in the prohibited Classes conduct.

Right of Appeal. There shall be no right to appeal an automatic 30-day punishment (ban) imposed for engaging in the prohibited Classes conduct.
 1. This most commonly occurs on 1up Zombie TS.
 2. An example of protecting the opposing team can be found where a Human is in the bathroom area of ut4_turnpike, Zombies are attempting to enter the room but a Zombie player is intentionally preventing Zombies from entering the room.
 3. This normally occurs where a player decides to help the opposing team in a TDM match. Effective April 11, 2011, this rule is not being extended to TS games.
 4. This can occur if an intentional friendly boot happens.
