I haven't watched cartoons for a long time, and as for anime, my liking for that is far from clean. :)

Although I used to enjoy old Cartoon Network programs. Some older stuff, though, like Dexter's Lab and Samurai Jack.

i am not a big fan of anime...but I really enjoyed watching FULLMETAL ALCHEMIST  ;)

I have seen over 600 anime series myself, the ones listed are just a few off the top of my head. Oddly enough tho, I do not like one piece, death note or FMA and Powermad, I assure you, there are TONS of series I have seen that get an 11 out of 10 on the weird-****-o-meter so your not alone.

DBZ, Inuyasha, Fullmetal alchemist.
As for cartoons, i liked Loony Toons, and speedy gonzales.
The Boondocks as a cartoon with an anime feel. It is also one of the most racially influenced cartoon/anime ive seen.

I'm with Tesla in terms of "you can shove the over-hyped mega-popular stuff" like Death Note. DN dragged so much towards the end I gave up.
