How'd you find 1up?

I was in another Urban Terror clan known as KaL with Sniper and the infamous asshat leader, Override (but I knew him as Afterkill). I remember clearly: "You suck. Come play in the 1up Fun Server, all the pros play there, you'll get better." Played there nonstop for about two weeks, then I played other things like Bomb and TS. Eventually I quit KaL and applied for 1up because honestly, who wants to be bossed around by someonne who tell you you suck? () Got in, got big. And here I am now.

In Oct 2009, I was mostly playing in the -LG- servers, with intention of joining them, however one day someone from 1up came in their server, and later I looked up the 1up website. I immediately liked the website, and played in the pub ts server a lot, until SnKGoogleIt and Sandra asked me to join, but I didn't right away. Instead I applied a few months later (Jan 2010 may be), but my app got dismissed. I applied again in Feb, and finally got accepted in March (same day as Powermad). Been here ever since.

3k brought me in when i was pubbing out in the fun server.

Now stop just a minute, you never told me that was the first time you were at the fun server! I still remember that day to... map was sanctuary we were having a conversation... And you kept pwning me.. eh.. no difference from today huh?

That wasnt my first time, i think my first time was when i pubbed austria, the 4 old bots like boston and jammin were there, but i honestly used it to practice my sniping. then i noticed a lot of people joining and just practiced on them.
there is a huge difference! we both got better duh

I started playing UrT about one and a half year ago.
My first urt match ( yes, I can still remember it) was on WC's eagle.
The only server I played on alot was uptown only. After a year I started searching for new cool servers, so I starterd to play zombie ts.
A zombie server was new to me so in the beginning I sucked.
After 2-3 weeks I met ruusan, he told me to apply to 1up. So i did.

Apply'ing to a clan was new to me so I didnt had a mic and i wasnt active on the forum. So I got denied.
After my vote in the end of dec 2010 I kept on playing on 1up servers but I wasnt active on the forum.
2 months ago my father gave me an epic headset so I thought: why not?
So I applied to 1up again and this time with a mic and I was active on vent and the forum.
I was pretty sure I was going to get trial on my admission vote, some members gave me hints that I was going to make it to trial.
But unfortunately I got denied again because I missed 0.4 percent.

So thats how I found 1up and im still hoping I will get an invite.

Anyways 3k_dot kinda got me into [1up] I'm not really wanting to join any clans right now. Anyways, yeah [DSG], fun server if people would show up.

I go by these names, you might see them floating around there

I started playing UT a couple years ago, after watching some coworkers play during breaks. I quickly got hooked on UT. Started branching out and found that 1up had a good rotation of maps, and a-lot of good players that played their servers. I enjoy the competition, and the people in these servers and decided to stick around.

Well heres my story haha

Well it was my first year of high school and one of the first people I met was Inka[1up] if you guys still know who he is. Well he was a gamer and he got UrT in like april or something, and for about 2 months he kept telling me to get UrT, and I finally got it and started playing on WCs 24/7 bath
After 1-2 weeks I started playing on the best server ever, 1up fun with inka and he was in [1up] at the time. Then I started to meet Shans( biggest (troll and ********) Ronald lee, whitefish, bio and zhalix. Then Inka told me to go to forum and sign up, so I did and got ventral, and I found out everyone was so nice and about a month later I applied and got in.
Been in [1up] since November 2009 and I'll never leave.

Plus I have seen heaps of people come in and put of 1up, I've made some awesome friends but I wish o could get on ventral as much as I used to, I miss all of the people I got close to you know who you are.

Infinity Teams with ZoD, and they had a zombie mod. 1up and C9 were our competition at the time, and we were like, the least popular zombie mods of the three. eventually, i got in trouble with a uaa server for tking other players, and my clan founder didnt like me so much. after some remodeling, every player that was in -i[T]. had to reapply because it was hard to tell who was still around and who has dissapeared. So as i said, my clan's founder didnt like me that much and another high ranked leader thought i was too young, (12 then) and denied my re-app. so i came and apped for 1up, cuz i loved the community and the servers, and the people.

LOL LOLOL LOLOLOLOLOL zod is such a ****in troll XD at least hes not as bad as this other guy; called ZOMG...lol he was also in -i[T]. XD he was the clan troll/spammer, he had the most posts besides the clan founder cuz of all his troll activity.

yes I remember, of course!!! a friend of mine wanted to apply ,he told me so 2 years ago,and I saw a demo of his playing, but I do not really remember which server was it, cause it was long ago.
