Keeps banned people banned

Does it have a range ban for static IP's?
That was one of the main problems for TF servers in Postal 2, but Kamek patched it up in the 1409X/1409XL patch.
UT3 is armed with that I believe, I'm just not sure about UrT..

I'm not, sorry. I think Bowser does a good job protecting the servers from asshats and such. I wouldn't compare Bowser with a simple, regular bot in this game, I think he does a lot more than a simple bots.

Bowser Bot has so many features that you should be grateful for. When Urban Terror 4.1.2 HD comes out we (1up) will be working on a same bot that will do the same things it does now and so many more.

Keeps from impersonation of 1up members
Spams 1up's Ideas, etc.

Thats alot of things i did not know! but OMG i just played urt 4.0 SOOOOO fun nothing dffrent but teh guns there cool! but like so little scopes still play it! there are no servers but hit make server and make a server (fake one thats only you make it a jump mode so you can shoot no have to wait for players!) and that means thers a jump mode!
